Bee Organized...

This thingy ma bob got a little makeover.  I forgot to take a before picture but just imagine this a little less cute and there you have it.  What is it exactly?  I'm not sure.  Your mom would probably put a fern in it and hang it on the wall...
Which would surely look lovely but I think it would make a nice organizer.  Cutesy up your closet and organize at the same time.
Or add more interest and organize your hobby or craft room.
(You'll have to use your imagination a little with my pictures since it's kind of hard to show the full effect without nailing this thing to the're welcome honey.)
So there are a few ideas for ya...what would you use it for?
Stuffing it full of wine corks might be cool...

The Queen Bee has also been busy making more memo boards...they have been quite popular.
This one is my favorite.  On the back of the frame there is writing telling to who it was given from a certain Sunday school class in 1917!  Yes, it took a lot of will power to not keep this for myself.  I have a weakness for that kind of thing...

If it doesn't sell, isn't that a sign that it is meant for me?
I think so.

Bee Farm Fresh...

Just in!
Bee Handmade Farmer's Market sign.
This would look great over a kitchen window, the sink, pantry door...
I plan to paint more eventually but right now, one is available.

I Still Have No Pillow...

The Queen Bee (my mom) was busy this weekend with both of her Busy Bees off playing.
Just last night, I was thinking how I could use some more pillows on my couch.  I only have one.  And every single one of these would look good on my couch.  But they are all available at Bee Angels.
That's kind of like the electrician who has wires hanging from his ceiling or the mechanic with a car that doesn't run...
I dropped off a back seat full of new stuff during my lunch break.
While the Queen Bee crafted, I went thrifting in Arlington just long enough to have time to clean up and fix up some finds for you...some of them anyways.
Here's a peek at some of the Bee Handmade items, but you'll have to visit to check out my finds.  I didn't have time to take pictures.  My honey wanted to watch a movie...even though the Busy Bee could have kept on being busy, it was time to quit buzzing around :)

New Items!

 New Frames!
Have you been to the garage sale at Spice Village yet or lately?!
It's a really fun time.
As of today, this coffee table is part of the garage sale.
She (yes, the table is a girl) lived at our house for just a bit before receiving her makeover.
She's cute, shabby, and perfect to me...
But a gal can only use so many coffee tables.
I hope she finds a loving home.

Don't Bee Board...

We are list makers at our house.
It seems if we don't have a list, we just don't accomplish much.
We have an ongoing grocery list.  Use a can of green beans for dinner?  Green beans goes on the list.
We also have a to-do list of items to finish up our big house project.
My honey has numerous lists to keep him on track for his new business.
Lists lying around all over the place can kind of make a neat freak like me grumpy.
Beat the grumps and make your lists (or magazine clippings, recipes, photos...) look stylish with a Bee Handmade memo board!
Tack up your lists to keep them from looking tacky :)
I also just dropped off a box full of old bottles, jars and serving pieces.
It's probably just me, but this is my favorite way to add interest to my home.
It might be an addiction now that I think about it.
Almost every room in our home has some type of old bottle or jar...

I hope you're enjoying your summer and staying cool!

Bee Shell Shocked...

I brought you guys some souveniours from my trip to the beach.
The section of the beach below where we stayed was full of beautiful shells.
After soaking, scrubbing, and baking in the sun, the Queen Bee and I got busy making gifts.
Necklaces, key chains, and home decor.
 My honey models his favorite.
 Naturally Beautiful
Where will your summer travels take you?
